Cancellation Policy:
Winter: We will charge you 100% unless you cancel 7 days prior to arrival. During the holidays, (Christmas/New Year's - December 20 through January 3). Martin Luther King, and President's Day we require a 21 day notice of cancellation. All cancellations are subject to a 10% service fee.

Summer: With less than 7 days notice of cancellation, we will charge you a $15.00 service charge; if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice we will charge you for one-night of your stay. However, on holiday weekends (July 4, Jazz festival, and Labor Day) you will be charged for the entire stay if you cancel within 21 days of your stay.

Snow/Refund Policy: Room credit will be issued if the ski area or Highway 203/395 is closed. We do not refund for shortened stays.
