    • Do not leave any scented items in your car! Bears have an extraordinary sense of smell and can pry open car doors and windows with their claws. A miscellaneous food wrapper, food scrap, trash, or the sight of an ice chest is enough for a bear to break into your vehicle. Keep your car clean and free of anything scented, including non-food items such as air fresheners or shampoo. Cinnamon Bear Inn is not responsible for damage to your vehicle.

    Each room is equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. Please do not tamper with or disable these devices. If an alarm sounds, evacuate immediately and contact emergency services.

  • Parking is complimentary and available in front of our three buildings, as well as in the vacant lot next door. If your group has two cars, please park them tandem in the next-door parking lot.  Caution: In the winter ice may be present in the lot and walkways.  Please be cautious when walking on ice. We kindly ask that you refrain from parking in the neighboring business lots.

    ❄️ NOTE: On snow days, please move your vehicle from our lot from 10 am to 3 pm so our snow plow can plow our parking lot. There is parking available across the street at The Mammoth Promenade during this time.

    If you need more towels or toiletries, call us at (760) 934-2873. If it is after 9 pm, there are extra located in the dresser down the downstairs hallway past the jacuzzi, through the glass door, next to room 5.

  • We welcome pets in select "pet-friendly" rooms. Please call ahead to confirm availability:

    • Pet Fee: $22.50 per pet + tax per night.

    • Pets must not be left unattended and are only allowed in designated rooms.

    • If a pet is brought into our non-pet-friendly, newly carpeted rooms without prior notification, a $100 cleaning fee will apply.

    • Size and pet limits may apply; please confirm with us directly.

    • Service animals are always welcome.

  • Breakfast is served buffet-style in the lobby daily from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. The buffet is self-serve and is in the room to the left of the reception desk. For early risers, coffee service begins at 6:30 a.m. when the lobby opens.

  • Our hot tub is available for guest use until 10 p.m. We also observe quiet hours beginning at 10 p.m. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

  • The free Red Line Shuttle stops on Main Street. Walk directly through the Promenade across from the Inn to Main St. The stop that takes you to the Lodges and the Village are across Main St on the far side, next to the Post Office.

    • Schat’s Bakery: Known for its Sheepherder bread, Shea Schat's also has cheese bread, onion bread, and jalapeno cheese bread... just to name a few. There are also delicious homemade sandwiches, yummy cookies, pastries, donuts, and apple strudel. They even have fresh-squeezed orange juice at our full-service bakery!
