Maximum Vehicles: 2 vehicles
Each unit comes with one assigned parking located in the garage covered structure that has a 7’ clearance. Please park only in the space marked with your unit number (249, 260 or 264). These spots are reserved for your exclusive use during your stay. But please only park in your unit’s space.
If you need additional parking for a 2nd vehicle, guest spaces are available near the weight room and tennis courts—just a short walk from the building.
❄️ Winter Tip: We recommend backing into your space for easier exits during snowstorms and keeping a snow brush or small shovel in your car. Snow removal operations may temporarily restrict access — please follow posted signs.

Quality of Life Ordinance: Creating a disturbance or excessive noise may result in the termination of your stay. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Trash Disposal:
All garbage must be placed in bear-resistant containers or dumpsters on-site, located in the parking garage. Do not leave trash outside or in the unit entry.
Secure the dumpster lid after each use.
Violation Notice:
Failure to follow parking and occupancy rules is a violation of the Municipal Code and may result in a citation from law enforcement.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside all individual units and balconies, all common areas, including hallways, and laundry rooms.
