Guarantee Policy
A deposit of your first night's stay will be at the time of booking. If you are staying additional nights with us then the balance of your stay will be charged 3 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
We offer free cancellation up to 3 days before your check-in date. For example, if you are checking in on a Friday, we would require notification of your cancellation by Monday to avoid a cancellation fee equal to your first night's stay.
Early Departure Policy
Early departures after check-in will incur an additional night's room and tax.
General Policy
Check-In: 4:00 PM, Check-Out: 10:00 AM.
The minimum check-in age is 18.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome in some of our hardwood floor, "pet-friendly" rooms located downstairs, but must call ahead. Failure to do so may result in your dog staying in our newly carpeted upstairs rooms and an additional $100 cleaning fee will be taken.
We charge a pet fee of $22.50 plus tax per night. Dogs must be attended to at all times and cannot be left alone in the rooms.
Size and limit on the number of pets may apply. Please call ahead.
We welcome any service animals that guests may bring.
Road Closures and Inclement Weather
In the event of severe weather resulting in the closure of Highway 395 by Cal Trans or the CHP, preventing you from reaching our establishment, we offer a voucher for the value of your stay, valid for up to one year from issuance. However, if the roads remain open, we are not liable for reimbursement. Guests are responsible for ensuring they have necessary items such as chains for travel. If your reservation was made through a third party and potential weather disruptions are anticipated, we advise you to purchase travel insurance.

Tioga and Sonoma Pass
We are not responsible for delays caused by seasonal closures of the Tioga or Sonora Pass, which may affect travel to or from Yosemite National Park. Guests are encouraged to check road conditions at Yosemite National Park's official website:

Free internet Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Do you have private bathrooms?
All of our rooms have private bathrooms.
Is smoking permitted?
All of our rooms are non-smoking, any smoking must be 20ft from public entrances in accordance with California law.
